Michael was born in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University and was a member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2002 and also practices in the U.S. District Court of Southern District of Texas.

Michael handles complex civil litigation and is dedicated to aggressively defending his clients in the courtroom. He has successfully defended his clients in cases ranging from complex construction defect litigation to medical malpractice, premise liability, real estate disputes and automobile liability. Michael has practiced throughout the Rio Grande Valley and his clients are confident in his ability to defend their cases to South Texas juries.
