Bill is a South Texas native. Having attended high school in McAllen, Texas, he went on to pursue his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Bill has served his country and his South Texas community. He served as a 1 LT(P) in the U.S Army Reserves and as a Municipal Judge in Combes, Texas. He also founded the local Wing and Water Weekend for the Challenged (Disabled) Sportsman of America. Bill has also been involved with the Boy Scouts of America last serving as a scoutmaster. After his wife passed into Heaven, Bill has earnestly pursued his calling as father of his six children.
